Happy St David's day to you too, Liz
Happy St David's day to you as well, Liz!
Dunno how to spell it, Liz, but yukki dar!
That would be "iechyd da!", Anne. :) Good health!
Have a fun St. David's day, Liz! It is sunny and in the 40's here today! Woohoo! Spring is on its way!
Happy St David's Day! It's very cold here today. Warmest temp is -24C. I'm hoping for spring and now that it is March it's one month nearer.
Hi Liz:Being a Yank I don’t know for sure but isn’t St. Patrick Ireland’s St. David? Did they ever get around to making St. David’s Day a bank holiday? I know there was talk about it.Vince
Happy St David's day Liz!
Vince, you crack me up! St David was the little guy who nobody could see, so he put down his handkerchief and it became a hill. His city, St David's, is the smallest in Britain (it has a cathedral so that makes it a city). Absolutely beautiful. But no Bank Holiday in Wales. (Constitutionally it's "England and Wales" so England would have to have one, too.We all wear daffodils though, or leeks if you're a Welsh Guard.
