I don't actually believe in shopping early for Christmas.I try to ignore it altogether until the week before but some things, if you don't grab them when they appear, you're going to miss. I just noticed this book here at the Mills & Boon website (it'll be retail next month).
It's a collection of stories by authors such as Lucy Monroe, Heidi Rice and there's one of mine in there, too. A nice little stocking filler -- I didn't want you to miss it.

The first of my "Trading Places" duet books, Christmas Angel for the Billionaire, will be available in UK libraries this month.Here's a tiny taster from the inside cover:
"Annie."
She looked up.
"I love you."
She opened her mouth, took a breath, shook her head. "You don't know me."
"I know what makes you laugh," George said, lifting a hand to her face, wiping his fingers across the tears that were running unchecked down her cheek. "I know what makes you cry."
She didn't deny it, just shivered as he put his arms around her, drew her close, resting his own cheek against her pale hair.
"I know how your skin feels beneath my hands," he continued. "The taste of your mouth. The way your eyes look when I touch you. I know that you're kind, generous, caring, intuitive, smart." He looked down at her. "I know that no matter what I say you'll go home. What I'm asking is, will you come back?"
Something else to look out for -- and the great thing about this one, is that it's absolutely free!

Hi Liz. Will look forward to buying the Christmas Treasury collection. BTW is it me - but the cover, when I first saw it, looks like the covers of the "old" style M&B books I remember buying in the late '70's. People seemed to love the retro covers on the Centenary covers last year and M&B are now issuing something every month with the same look. I agree, it's fun.
They are great aren't they, Lacey? The US cover for Christmas Angel is completely different and I've just seen the rather luscious cover for the second Trading Places book, Her Desert Dream. Colour me happy :)

I just told my daughter we needed to start shopping for Christmas. I have a new grandchild this year so my list is longer. I love it. I love holiday themed books. It doesn't have to be the holidays for me to read them either.

We've started collecting names for the ornament exchange in the eHarl community. I almost forgot to tell "my" section of the boards! I can't believe it's time to do that!
